Bloomberg Congratulates Quinn On Council Reserve Fund Discretion
New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg said yesterday that the reserve fund operated by City Council Speaker Christine Quinn was thankfully no longer the subject of public scorn, unlike the reserve fund being operated by New York State Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver.
