Association for a Better New York ?

Activists Expose that the Association for a Better New York is a front group for billionaire real estate empire.

Activists that support a new hospital to replace St. Vincent's have exposed that William Rudin and his so-called ''civic'' group that operates under the name of the Association for a Better New York only to further the real estate development opportunities for the Rudin Management Company.
