Bloomberg has helped poor people out of hospitals, shelters, and senior citizen centers

With Christine Quinn's help, Mayor Michael Bloomberg has helped the poor lose out on some very basic social safety net assistance.

Mayor Michael Bloomberg and City Council Speaker Christine Quinn have been closing senior centers and closing hospitals all across the city. And Speaker Quinn can't wait to shut down a large homeless shelter in Chelsea.
